Antonia
This short film of an intimate tone is set in a 65-year-old Valencian couple, specifically in Antonia, the woman. Antonia narrates through an interior monologue how she faces a worn-out marriage.
The short film shows Antonia's confrontation with loneliness and her own thoughts, immersed in the monotony of everyday life: her plants and reading are the only refuge she can find. Jose, her husband, does not value Antonia's care and attention while she, totally aware of this, continues to cover all of Jose's needs. Antonia's personal evolution comes through the construction of self-love.
